The City of Aurora is looking for qualified contractors for the construction of a new 7600 square foot asphalt parking lot which will provide overflow parking for the golf course at Phillips Park. The scope includes aggregate base, asphalt paving, curb and gutter/parking stops, pavement markings, and a small level spreader area with vegetated lip.
