The project the decommissioning of the Park Avenue Lift Station and replacement with a new gravity sewer system, including all associated appurtenances, site work, and restoration, as specified in the Contract Documents.

The project includes major rehabilitation of the Hollister Drive Lift Station, including all associated appurtenances, site work, and restoration. Minor rehabilitation of the Adler Pool and Crawford House Lift Stations are add alternates.

Hot-Mix Asphalt Crack Sealing in the locations determined and laid out by the OWNER. Contractor will be provided a list of addresses and or map of all the work locations with quantities. This work shall be done in accordance with Section 451, 452 regardless of the type of pavement, and Section 701, Traffic Control, of the IDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, adopted April 1, 2016, and IDOT Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions, adopted April 1, 2016. 451.03 Equipment The routing machine shall have a steel, circular cutting head with carbide tipped cutters mounted radially. The machine shall be capable of routing a uniform, square shape approximately 3/4 x 3/4 in. (20 x 20 mm) in either a straight or irregular line. The routing machine shall capture 90% of its own dust and fine debris, keeping airborne particles to a minimum. 451.04 General Primary transverse and longitudinal working cracks shall be routed, cleaned, and sealed. Any adjacent secondary cracks shall be only cleaned and sealed as directed by the Engineer. Cracks shall be routed following the crack as nearly as possible, approximately 3/4 in. (20 mm) wide by 3/4 in. (20 mm) deep as close to a 1:1 ratio as possible. Immediately ahead of sealer placement, dust and debris shall be captured with a machine capable of wind speeds greater than 200 MPH. Machine must be capable of blowing cracks and capturing 90% of dust and debris on a single pass. Compressed air only shall not be accepted. Use of water shall not be accepted. The hot-poured joint sealer shall be continuously and mechanically agitated during heating. The sealer shall be applied using the methods and equipment recommended by the manufacturer, except it shall only be placed when the air temperature in the shade is 40 F (5 C) or greater. Existing raised reflective pavement markers shall be protected during the crack sealing operations. Tracking of sealant material will not be allowed. If sealant materials are applied to the markers, such material shall be removed. Sealant shall be placed in the clean, dry crack. The crack shall be slightly overfilled and immediately squeegeed to provide a "band-aid" type effect approximately 2 in. (50 mm) wide, flush with the pavement surface, and with the edges feathered out. The sealant shall be allowed to cure before opening to traffic. When approved by the Engineer, the sealant may be dusted with fine sand, portland cement, or mineral filler to prevent tracking. 451.5 Method of Measurement This work will be measured for payment as follows. Crack Filling a. Filling of cracks will be measured for payment in pounds (kilograms) of sealant used. The quantity of sealant used will be determined by counting the containers of sealant used, multiplied by the indicated pounds (kilograms) of each container.

Project consists of the resurfacing of approx. 12,454 of HMA pavement along with removal and replacement of approx. 3,190 SF of defective sidewalk and 1,075 LF of defective curb and gutter.

The Village of Fox Lake is soliciting bids for the 2026 SEWER LINING PROJECT. The proposed improvements include: Sanitary sewer cleaning & televising, Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, manhole lining, and other necessary and incidental work.

The work is entitled "2026 Zion Sidewalk Project Phase One", City of Zion, Lake County, Illinois. The work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services necessary to excavate and install the materials needed to complete the project as directed by the owner. The Contractor shall examine the conditions of the site and must assume the risk of encountering, quicksand, hardpan, boulders, clay, rubbish, and underground conduits.

It is the intent of Lake County to enter into a contract for Window Cleaning and related Pest Control Services for multiple Lake County Facilities.

The Project involves the construction of the place of remembrance as described in Section I. While the design of the place of remembrance is not yet finalized, there will likely be a primary focus on hardscape and landscape installation with the probable incorporation of a portion of existing landscape. Multiple delivery alternatives will be explored for the Project with an ideal completion date of June 30, 2027. The CMR will be expected to take an active role in assessing completion options, alternatives, and order-of-magnitude costs in the design and planning process.

The City of Waukegan (the City) is seeking sealed proposals for the men's and womens locker room renovation project at Waukegan Fire Station 1, located at 1101 Belvidere Road Waukegan, Illinois 60085. The project will include a demolition and replacement of the suspended ceiling of the mens and womens locker rooms at Fire Station 1. Other aspects of the project include painting, lighting, minor HVAC, drywall repair, and trim work. There will be no plumbing work.

It is the intent of Lake County to enter into a contract for Full-Service Extermination and Pest Control Services for multiple Lake County Facilities. The services shall include, but not limited to, humane trapping and/or prevention of birds, rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, silverfish, bedbugs, spiders, and other crawling insects and pests in various Lake County buildings with minimal environmental impact.
