The proposed traffic signal installation project is located at the intersection of Horseshoe Lake Road and McDonough Lake Road in Collinsville, Illinois. The project length is approximately 1,400 feet (0.265 miles). The work on this project consists of conduit and handhole installation, traffic signal foundations and post installations, traffic control cabinet installation, and interconnect cable installation and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the work in the above-described Section according to the plans, specifications and special provisions.
