Description
The successful bidder will provide landscaping maintenance at the following locations: Granite City Cinema The Mill Niedringhaus Avenue Islands Neon Sign Park Standalone flowerpots along Niedringhaus Avenue Various monuments and landscaped points of interest throughout the downtown district exact location to be explain at mandatory pre-bid meeting. Services required include: Ongoing removal of weeds from landscaped areas Deadheading, trimming perennials, and clearing debris from beds and pots. Removal of all plant debris from site. Replacement of plants, mulch, soil, and similar materials as needed General upkeep ensuring all areas remain clean, healthy, and visually appealing Reporting to the City when significant repairs or replacements are necessary Maintaining sites on a consistent and reliable semi-monthly schedule 3. Contractor Requirements Provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials required to perform the work Ensure that all plant materials meet acceptable horticultural standards Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements including licensing Provide adequate staffing to ensure timely completion of required services
