Description
238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. FCI Pekin is a federal correctional facility located at 2600 South 2nd Street, Pekin, IL 61554. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment for the Replace Cooling & Chilling Towers at FCI Pekin. The project includes, but is not limited to, replacing the chilled water system as well as updating the existing Building Management System (BMS) to a new low voltage system. The Specifications attachment included with the solicitation will provide complete requirements for the project but may be updated prior to issuing the solicitation. The solicitation will be posted at a later date.
