Scope of contract work: The purpose of this contract is to provide means to perform emergency replacement and repair of existing waterlines and work incidental thereto to supplement existing Water Department work crews after disasters for emergency repairs. The project is high priority jobs and in dealing with public safety of water supplies it is vital to insure that the citizens of Jefferson Parish are supplied a safe and sanitary potable water supply without unnecessary interruption. These replacements/repairs will be done on an as-needed basis only and no minimum expenditure is guaranteed under this contract.

The Jefferson Parish Department of Public Works Parkways Department (Parkways) is soliciting qualified Contractors for a two (2) year contract for turnkey decorative and landscape lighting maintenance to include, but not be limited to, monitoring, troubleshooting, fixture repair and replacement and general electrical work within the rights-of-way of unincorporated Jefferson Parish. The scope of work shall include all scheduled tasks outlined in these specifications. This shall include turnkey maintenance of the designated areas to include all specified aspects of electrical maintenance. All pricing shall include the necessary equipment, incidentals, licenses, insurance, labor, fuel and transportation to perform the work.

Provide Professional Soils Investigation Services for the Jefferson Parish Department of Public Works on an as Needed Basis for a Two (2) Year Period
The work of this contract will consist of a Base Bid and two (2) alternates. The Base Bid consists of the installation of a new grease trap, concrete parking lot paving, and sewer pipe and manhole replacement. Additive Alternate 1, if awarded, will consist of a temporary grease trap and lift station in addition to the work of the Base Bid. Additive Alternate 2, if awarded, will consist of the removal of the existing generator, fuel tank, pilings, and slab and new concrete paving in addition to the work of the Base Bid and Additive Alternate No. 1. Alternate 1 may be selected without Alternate 2 depending on the pricing of the winning bidder. Alternate 2 will not be selected without Alternate 1 also being selected.
We extend this proposal to cover the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide a three (3) year contract to perform repairs and maintenance to various detention equipment located in the Jefferson Parish-owned Correctional Institutions. (Parishwide)
