The work consists of furnishing all labor, material and equipment for removal and replacement of the existing AHU in the 2nd Floor IT Server Room, roof mounted condenser unit, structural steel platform modifications, piping and associated electrical work as per the drawings and specifications provided in the Bidding Documents. The work also includes modifications for the emergency generator power distribution panel. The site is located at 1350 Port of New Orleans Place, New Orleans, Louisiana.
