Description
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to: Saw cut and remove existing concrete slabs at each valve location. Excavate to expose the existing 6-inch piping. Furnish and install four (4) new 6-inch flanged, gear-operated plug valves suitable for buried service. Install operating stem extensions with above-grade valve position indicators. Remove and properly dispose of the existing valves. Backfill and compact excavations. Restore concrete pavement to match existing conditions. Coordinate all work with the Lakefront Management Authority to minimize impacts to fuel farm operations
