The Contractor must accept and remove metals generated from the Public Drop Off Area in the Upper Lot of the Facility and the Facilitys tipping floor. This project, located in Prince Georges and Montgomery County, is for the Areawide Mastic Patching for Bridge Approaches. Work shall be performed as directed by the Engineer and may or may not be on a continual basis. Except for emergency conditions, it is unlikely that work will be scheduled for the months of November through March. The work will consist of the following: (a) Mastic Patching All locations for this contract will be identified after the project is awarded. Each task will indicate the scope, limits of work, the estimated quantities, and completion duration limits.

This project, located in Montgomery County, is for the construction of a bicycle and pedestrian route along a portion of MD 390 (16th Street). Beginning at the Intersection of MD 390 and Spring Street and extending in a Northerly direction to Second Avenue for a total distance of 0.57 miles. The project includes the construction of two off-site stormwater management facilities located along MD 201 (Kenilworth Avenue). The work will consist of the following: (a) Construction of an 8-foot-wide, two-way protected bicycle facility (cycle track) (b) Construction of a 6-foot wide American with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant sidewalk (c) Reconstruction of the intersection of MD 390 and Spring Street into a bicycle protected intersection (d) Milling and resurfacing (e) Full depth reconstruction (f) Installation of curb and gutter (g) Installation of traffic barriers (h) Installation of concrete medians (i) Installation of fence (j) Drainage improvements (k) Construction of stormwater management facilities (l) Erosion and sediment control (m) Maintenance of traffic (n) Installation of temporary and permanent pavement markings (o) Maintenance of existing traffic signals (p) Installation of traffic signals, traffic cameras, signs, and lighting (q) Landscaping (r) Utility relocation

The Division of Facilities Management (DFM), Department of General Services (DGS), oversees the operation of over 400 County-leased and County-owned facilities. The contractor shall have the experience and knowledge to provide for the installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC systems at government facilities such as offices, libraries and recreation centers and for high security facilities such as detention centers, holding cells and related law enforcement facilities. The County is seeking a qualified entity for the provision of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems preventive maintenance, repair and installation services at County (owned and leased) facilities under a combination "Firm Fixed Price" and "Time and Materials" contract. Quarterly maintenance for the facilities indicated Section VI of this IFB will be implemented on a Firm Fixed Price basis. All other services including emergency repairs, troubleshooting, out-of-cycle maintenance, and on-call services will be performed on a Time and Materials basis.

The County intends to award the Contract to one Contractor with demonstrated expertise and extensive experience in providing the comprehensive remote dam monitoring services and support described in this solicitation. The County requires the Contractor to deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality work in full compliance with all solicitation and Contract requirements. The County is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide comprehensive remote monitoring equipment and services for the Countys high- and significant-hazard dams and levees. The Contractor must provide services and products that best meets the Countys requirements.: After the Contract is awarded, and in coordination with the Contract Manager, the Awardee Contractor must complete a market assessment to analyze available remote monitoring technologies and provide a recommended solution tailored to the Countys needs. Detailed evaluation of alternatives will be conducted collaboratively by the Awardee Contractor and the County after the contract award.

This solicitation is issued to provide qualified vendors to provide underground and above ground storage tank and associated equipment inspection, maintenance, parts and repair at County facilities.

The Montgomery County, Maryland, Department of General Services, Division of Building Design and Construction intends to use this solicitation to select qualified Consultants to provide Inspection & Material Testing (IMT) Services for new construction or renovation of various County facilities such as but not limited to recreation centers, day care center, libraries, office buildings, fire stations, public safety, police stations, pools, warehouses, vehicle maintenance, etc.: Up to three (3) qualified contractors for Inspection & Material Testing Services may be selected for various County Facility projects. The Contractor shall provide complete inspection and materials testing services as defined in this Contract and any Task Order. The County makes no guarantee that any or all the services defined in a Task Order will be utilized. The services must be performed as defined in the Testing Specifications (Exhibit G), as required by Montgomery Countys Special Inspections Program (Exhibit H), as required by Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) (Exhibit I), and/or as defined in the Roofing, Air Barrier, and Waterproofing Quality Assurance, Monitoring, and Construction Inspection Requirements (Exhibit J). The Contractor shall also provide other incidental inspection and materials testing services as directed by the County through Task Orders.
