Project: DES Station 400 Renovations for the County Commissioners of Queen Annes County, Maryland. The site is located at 302 Safety Drive, Centreville, Maryland 21617. T he Work consists of the removal and replacement of existing exterior metal wall panels, installation of a metal-over-metal retrofit roof system, interior wall panel system, exhaust fan and appurtenant components including, but not limited to, fiberglass insulation, flashing and trim, and gutters and downspouts upon an existing steel frame emergency services structure. Site work in the form of minor grading, drainage improvements, and placement of concrete pavement is also involved.

This project involves work assignments for the installation of new highway signs and the modification and/or removal of existing highway signs on interstate, state and local roads statewide. The Maryland Department of Transportation is accepting bids for Excavation Services - MDOT SHA. The excavation services will be conducted at various locations in Queen Annes County as deemed necessary by the Engineer. Services will include; Excavator with 18-ton minimum weight with 18-foot minimum reach and scoop bucket 24-inch-wide for excavating but are not limited to, excavating gutters, ditch lines, pipe culverts, deep patching, excavate, grade, construct embankments, and backfill for sediment and erosion control. All operators shall have a valid CDL license with no more than six (6) points on their current driving record and a minimum of five (5) years experience operating the equipment. Proof of Vendors qualifications may be requested at SHAs sole discretion.
