Description

Project: DES Station 400 Renovations for the County Commissioners of Queen Annes County, Maryland. The site is located at 302 Safety Drive, Centreville, Maryland 21617. T he Work consists of the removal and replacement of existing exterior metal wall panels, installation of a metal-over-metal retrofit roof system, interior wall panel system, exhaust fan and appurtenant components including, but not limited to, fiberglass insulation, flashing and trim, and gutters and downspouts upon an existing steel frame emergency services structure. Site work in the form of minor grading, drainage improvements, and placement of concrete pavement is also involved.
