The work to be done under this contract consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials and equipment required for the repair & improvement of sidewalks at various locations in District 1 made up of the following Cities & Towns: Adams Alford; Ashfield; Becket; Blandford; Buckland; Charlemont; Cheshire; Chester; Chesterfield; Clarksburg; Colrain; Conway; Cummington; Dalton; Egremont; Florida; Goshen; Granville; Great Barrington; Hancock; Hawley; Heath; Hinsdale; Huntington; Lanesborough; Lee; Lenox; Middlefield; Monroe; Monterey; Montgomery; Mount Washington; New Ashford; New Marlborough; North Adams; Otis; Peru; Pittsfield; Plainfield; Richmond; Rowe; Russell; Sandisfield; Savoy; Sheffield; Shelburne; Stockbridge; Tolland; Tyringham; Washington; West Stockbridge; Williamsburg; Williamstown; Windsor; & Worthington, primarily in Berkshire County with a few in Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin Counties, Massachusetts. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Department in the Highway - Construction or Highway - Sidewalk and Curbing category to bid on this project.
