Description
The Town of North Andover is soliciting bids from experienced contractors to relocate four existing modular classroom units from the Kittredge School to the Franklin School. The Project also involves the construction of a connector addition linking the existing Franklin School building to the relocated modular classrooms, as well as the installation of new foundations to support the units. Work includes, but is not limited to, site preparation activities such as earthwork, grading, and drainage, along with concrete work to accommodate building access and site circulation. DCAMM Certification required for general construction. Filed sub-bids required for HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
