The Project consists of: Removal of existing hydronic heating system and installation of new air source heat pumps and electric water heaters. General bidders must be certified by DCAMM in the following category of work, General Construction. Filed Sub-bids for the following trades: Plumbing, Heating / Ventilating / Airconditioning (HVAC), Electrical Work shall submit bids no later than Friday, June 5, 2026 and must be DCAMM certified for the listed trades.
