Description
The City of Framingham solicits sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide repairs and upgrades to the refrigeration system at Loring Ice Arena. Work includes, but is not limited to, glycol pump rebuilding, replacement of pressure relief valves, ammonia system piping modifications, replacement of isolation valves, ammonia evacuation and recharge services, welding, testing, and all associated labor, materials, equipment, permits, and incidentals necessary to return the refrigeration system to safe and reliable operation. Contractors must have demonstrated experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems and all applicable regulatory requirements.
