Description
This project consists of but is not limited to the replacement of flooring and ceilings, HVAC systems, all lighting, the renovation of fire protection and fire alarm systems. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. General Bidders must be certified DCAMM for General Building Construction. Filed Sub Bids must be certified by DCAMM in the following Trade Categories: Acoustical Tile; Electrical; HVAC; Lath & Plaster; Painting; Plumbing & Resilient Floors. Addendum Number 3 extended bid due date to: Filed Sub Bids - September 10, 2026 at 11:00 am; General Bids - September 24, 2026 at 11:00 am.
