Description

Site improvements at Martin Luther King Jr. Elderly Development include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Grading, site demolition, and protection of existing trees and most fencing. 2. Foundations for shade structure per manufacturers recommendation. (Above- ground assembly and installation of the specified shade structure shall be per the manufacturer.) 3. New walkways, plazas with seating elements. 4. New fencing sections. 5. New planting areas, including the construction and installation of raised beds.
