This bid shall include the restriping/marking of crosswalks, school crossings, stop bars, arrows or other special paving markings. Professional street striping service for the striping of roads under the jurisdiction and within the corporate limits of the City of Sterling Heights, Michigan, designated by a representative from the City for striping in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications herein mentioned. All striping shall be in accordance with existing striping, unless a variation is ordered by the City Designate. The Contractor shall be provided with a detailed layout of the type, length and width of all striping called for on new, resurfaced or redesigned roadways. The Citys Office of Engineering will prepare all such layouts. All pavement markings must be performed, according to section 811 of the 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction, using acceptable modern practices. All pavement striping designated for eradication must be completely removed so as to ensure a faint residue of the removed pavement stripe does not confuse the motoring public.

The City of Sterling Heights is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide MATERIALS, REMOVAL, AND INSTALLATION SERVICES FOR FENCING to the City on an as-needed basis. The City currently anticipates several projects within the City. In addition, the City would like to establish a Contractor(s) who can respond to other fencing projects as they arise during the year on a routine basis or for emergency events.

This project consists of replacement of intermittent valves along 4 miles of existing 20-inch and 24-inch ductile iron water main along 23 Mile Road and Chesterfield Road. The project also includes removal and replacement of pavement and curb and gutter.

The project includes the development of a City Aggregate Pathway and Boardwalk including tree removal and culvert installation.

The work generally consists of rooftop solar panel installation.

The City of Warren Parks and Recreation Department is seeking sealed bids from qualified and licensed electrical contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision necessary to install underground electrical service from the existing maintenance building electrical source to the park pavilion. The proposed underground electrical run is approximately 430 linear feet from the maintenance building to the pavilion.

The project consists of assisting the City with rodent control and related items. The City currently has approximately 250 properties with rodent bait stations in place and serviced monthly by a licensed pest and rodent control contractor. It is anticipated that 75 new stations will be installed and 50 existing stations will need to be removed annually.
