Pavement Striping Services, Sterling Heights, MI

This bid shall include the restriping/marking of crosswalks, school crossings, stop bars, arrows or other special paving markings. Professional street striping service for the striping of roads under the jurisdiction and within the corporate limits of the City of Sterling Heights, Michigan, designated by a representative from the City for striping in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications herein mentioned. All striping shall be in accordance with existing striping, unless a variation is ordered by the City Designate. The Contractor shall be provided with a detailed layout of the type, length and width of all striping called for on new, resurfaced or redesigned roadways. The Citys Office of Engineering will prepare all such layouts. Miscellaneous items at the River Towers entry plaza include replacement of a vertical drainpipe coving, installation of a walkway expansion joint cover, removal and installation of the overhang ceiling system and repair and application of a skim coat on the concrete walking surface.

Snow Removal Services for CDBG Funded Program, Rochester Hills, MI

Proposals will be accepted for snow removal services during the 2026-2027 Winter Season for locations within the City of Rochester Hills. The method of snow removal may be shoveling, blowing, brooming or plowing. The areas to be cleared include the driveway from the garage to the street and access to home entrance, which may include sidewalks, porch, steps or walkways. The sizes of the driveways vary. The Contractor shall respond and commence snow removal operations upon the accumulation of two inches (2") of snow or greater on the ground.
