The objective of this project is to remove and replace the existing Raypak boiler system serving the Civic Center with two (2) new Lochinvar CHN1442-M13 Copper-Fin II boilers of equivalent heating capacity with a ProtoNode interface gateway for the BMS. The project also includes replacement of the existing circulating pumps and associated mechanical modifications necessary to ensure a safe, reliable, and code-compliant heating system.

This aides in the efficiency of install/removal of both banners and snowflakes. Contractor would be responsible for all traffic control during installs and removals.

The City of Livonia, MI is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the furnishing, installation, replacement, and configuration of security cameras at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center and surrounding property. This project includes upgrading existing cameras, replacing obsolete equipment, and adding new cameras.

The City of Dearborn intends to perform phased, occupied renovations across four facilities: Fire Station 1 (FS-1), Fire Station 2 (FS-2), Fire Station 3 (FS-3), and Fire Station 4 (FS-4). Core Scope of Work Within each fire station, the following specific facility spaces are to be updated: Dormitory Renovation: Includes partition construction, ceiling replacement, finishes, lighting, electrical power, and minor HVAC modifications. Kitchen and Dining Alteration: Includes food service equipment replacement, ceiling replacement, finishes, lighting, electrical power, and minor HVAC modifications (note: no hood or major HVAC modifications are planned). Office Refresh: Includes ceiling replacement, finishes, lighting, electrical power, and minor HVAC modifications. Toilet Room Refresh: Includes fixture replacement, finishes, lighting, and minor HVAC alterations. Apparatus Bay: Selective lighting replacement, drain repair, and minor select finish alterations.

Perform demolition and site preparation services for the existing Kid Quarters Outdoor Play area located at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center. The purpose of this project is to remove the existing playground, fence, patio, brick wall, and furnishings. The project area is approximately 50 feet by 50 feet (2,500 square feet).

DHC is issuing this RFQ to identify qualified affordable housing development partners and construction companies that will directly support DHCs plans to expand its experience and capacity as a developer and general contractor. This capacity building/mentoring is expected to be an integral component in one or more joint venture partnerships to preserve and reposition DHCs portfolio of federally subsidized units through rehabilitation and/or demolition and new construction.

All exterior and interior painted surfaces will be repainted. Decorative vinyl banners will be installed on the east side of the station. Multiple exterior porcelain metal panels and plywood blanks will be replaced. Interior and exterior lighting fixtures will be replaced and a lighting control system added. Exterior concrete cleaning, chipping, patching and sealant is included in the areas identified. Grade level masonry repairs are also included in their identified areas. A metal decorative station sign will be installed above the street level entrance. An overhead coiling door will be removed and replaced. Identified curtain-wall sections will be replaced. The concrete ramps will be cored in four locations along with floor drains and vertical piping that connects to the existing system. One CCTV camera will be installed, tested and connected to the backbone. Station signage will be replaced. General station cleaning will be completed. Plaster ceiling repair at walk-through of Jefferson and Yzerman Drive along with spot repair of platform quarry tile is included. The short section of CLF on the west street level will be removed and replaced with a decorative panel with a gate. Two window grills and a debris grill will be replaced. Miscellaneous items at the River Towers entry plaza include replacement of a vertical drainpipe coving, installation of a walkway expansion joint cover, removal and installation of the overhang ceiling system and repair and application of a skim coat on the concrete walking surface.

The project consists of roof replacement and related building improvements at three City owned golf course maintenance facilities: Idyl Wyld Golf Course Remove and replace the existing membrane roof system with a new membrane roof system. Clean, repair, and repoint exterior masonry walls. Remove designated windows and one door and infill openings with new CMU and glass block. Paint all exterior masonry walls. Fox Creek Golf Course Remove and replace the existing shingle roof. Replace damaged roof substrate boards as required. Replace damaged wood fascia boards. Whispering Willows Golf Course Remove the existing metal roof and soffit panels. Repair damaged structural framing at soffit corners. Install a new metal roof system, insulation, interior liner panels, fascia, soffit panels, gutters, and downspouts.

The proposed project consists of the concrete rehabilitation including removal and replacement of concrete pavement sections, ADA sidewalk ramp upgrades, and permanent pavement markings. The work area is located on Newburgh Road from Warren Road to Joy Road.

The project generally consists of the replacement of a generator at city hall.
