The University of Minnesota Facilities Management is soliciting proposals from companies who will provide Reverse Osmosis (RO) and De-ionized Water (DI) Tank Exchange Services for sixty-five (65) systems on three of the Twin Cities Campus Districts (East Bank, Health Sciences, and St. Paul). The services to consist of a supervised and responsive work force with the experience and ability to complete the job as required by the University of Minnesota.

Site Restoration - Prairie Bluff Conservation Area - The purpose of these Special Terms and Conditions and Technical Specifications to establish additional terms and conditions for the procurement of prairie, savanna, and forest restoration projects at Prairie Bluff Conservation Area for the Hennepin County Public Works Department (County).

The scope of the Work includes structural repairs at Oak Street Ramp including but not limited to full depth patches on level 6, column and beam ledge repairs throughout, chain link fencing installation, and traffic coatings at repair locations.

Snow Plowing & Removal, Region 11 - Hennepin School District

This project seeks to restore many of the failing window glazing units at the Judicial Center (JDC) in Hastings, MN. Beyond replacing insulated glazing units, the project also includes cleaning windows, recaulking of glass to existing frames and caulking of existing frame interiors. There are two alternates that add restoration work at select window areas, which can otherwise be deferred if needed to meet the budget.

Ramsey County, through the Public Works Department, seeks a qualified contractor to perform bituminous paving and grading and ADA improvements for the construction of a 400-foot trail segment from Trunk Highway 96 to the White Bear Lake County Park entrance in White Bear Lake.
