Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Sole Source, 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Create Observation Unit JC at the Sain Louis City, MO VAMC, John Cochran Division. The purpose of this project is to create a 3-bed observation unit within the existing Emergency Department at John Cochran, Building 1, Floor 01. Work includes, but not limited to, three rooms that will be converted to the Observation Unit and will be contained within the Emergency Room Suite footprint. Seven rooms will be renovated to include relocated triage rooms and reception desk. Renovations will include, but are not limited to, phasing to maintain operations, walls, finishes, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and medical gases. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for as required by drawings and specifications.

The proposed work includes the successful implementation of the fall tree planting project.

The scope of this project is to provide security services for Hazelwoods two recreation centers, Civic Center East and the Community Center, for the 2027 fiscal year.
