Description
Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. At the grounds building the work will consist of the following: One new boiler will be installed to provide heat to both reheat and radiant floor system with a heat exchanger installed to lower the water temperature for the radiant in floor system. At the Arch complex, work will consist of the following: The cooling tower will be replaced by a new 800 T counterflow cooling tower, as part of the project, new condenser water pumps will be installed.
