Total Small Business Set-Aside, 561730 - Landscaping Services. This contract is for Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal Services at the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace (WJHTC), and the tenant organizations within the Frank A. LoBiondo National Aerospace and Security Campus co-located at the Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey. A single, Fixed Price contract will be awarded for Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal Services. The contract will be five years from date of award, a 12-month base year with four 12-month option periods.

The scope of work includes final design and construction engineering services for the rehabilitation of the US-40/322 over inside thorofare bridge, structure number 0109-155; a double leaf bascule span movable bridge. This agreement encompasses all necessary surveying, design engineering & construction engineering services required to prepare the US-40/322 over inside thorofare bridge rehabilitation project. This contract shall consist of a major rehabilitation to address the structural deficiencies, bridge fender replacement, installation of a new hydraulic operating system and upgrade/replacement/removal of electrical and mechanical components.
