Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Scotch Plains Fanwood Board of Education, Union County, New Jersey for the following project: Electrical and HVAC Upgrades at Coles Elementary School, Nettingham Middle School, School One Elementary School, Terrill Middle School, and Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, upgrades to the electrical service and distribution as well as unit ventilator replacements and HVAC upgrades at the Coles Elementary School, Nettingham Middle School, School One Elementary School, Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School and Terrill Middle School.

The work includes the construction of outdoor recreational park improvements designed to enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal including, but not limited to, demolition of existing hardscape, site preparation, earthwork, grading and drainage improvements, relocation of selected monuments, installation of concrete paver walkways and plaza integrated with landscape design, construction of concrete curbs, refurbishment and installation of decorative scalloped fence, installation of decorative site lights, water, sanitary sewer and electric utility upgrades, irrigation and landscaping improvements, and installation of park appurtenances such as benches, trash receptacles, and related site furnishings and all other improvements depicted within the Bid Documents. Alternate Bid A consists of design and installation of the two-level waterfall feature. Alternate Bid B consists of the purchase and installation of decorative task lights and new scalloped fence. Alternate Bid C consists of installation of two (2) specimen trees. Alternate Bid D consists of installation of stone caps to the existing monument bases, and the purchase and installation of table and chair sets.

The County of Bergen is seeking bids for the Renovations & Reconstruction of Existing Rest & Storage Building - Darlington Park,

Pavement preservation (HPTO and micro-milling) project on NJ 440 in Jersey Cty and Bayonne, Hudson County between Goldsborough Road and the Route 1&9/Communipaw Avenue Interchange. The project also includes several traffic signal and ADA upgrades along with limited construction of underground its conduits and junction boxes at roadway crossings.

The project will add two new ramps and acceleration lanes to create missing connections between Route 23, I80, and Route 46. It includes extending existing acceleration lanes, building two new bridges, reconstructing a bridge deck, and adding retaining walls to limit impacts. Work also includes relocating and adding overhead signs, installing new guiderail, and constructing ten drainage basins with associated stormwater and wetland protection measures.

It is the intent of the Township of Wayne to enter into a contract to provide HVAC repairs and new work to all Township owned systems on an open-ended, time and material Heating and Air Conditioning contract. All work required under the scope of this contract shall be performed on Township owned or controlled buildings and equipment.

The City of Passaic is soliciting proposals from qualified multidisciplinary Architectural and Engineering firms to provide professional services for the feasibility analysis, planning, design, permitting, bidding support, construction administration, inspection coordination, and project closeout services associated with the proposed Parker Avenue Parking Deck project located within the City of Passaic, New Jersey. The proposed project generally consists of the development of a multi-level municipal parking structure intended to address parking demand and support local economic development within the surrounding Parker Avenue / Dayton Avenue corridor. Based upon prior conceptual evaluations, the project may consist of an approximately four (4) story parking structure with an anticipated parking capacity in the range of approximately 450470 parking spaces, inclusive of associated vehicular circulation, pedestrian access, elevators, stair towers, lighting, security systems, drainage infrastructure, utility improvements, and related site improvements. A conceptual rendering prepared by DMR Architects is included in Appendix A. The selected Consultant shall provide all professional services necessary to advance the project through feasibility, conceptual design, environmental permitting, final engineering and architectural design, public bidding, and construction administration. The selected Consultant shall provide a complete multidisciplinary design team inclusive of architectural, structural, civil, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, traffic, environmental, and construction administration disciplines necessary for the full design and implementation of the project. The project shall be completed in the following phases: 1. Phase I Feasibility Study, Environmental Review, NJDEP Pre-Application & 10% Concept Design 2. Phase II Final Design, Permitting, Specifications & Public Bidding 3. Phase III Construction Administration & Inspection Coordination

Provide all necessary equipment, tools, supervision, and labor for As-Needed Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services at various Vineland Housing Authority (VHA) properties as assigned. The contractor must submit proof of a valid New Jersey Plumbing Contractor License with their submission. Work will consist of troubleshooting plumbing system issues; installation and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures; repair and replacement of piping, valves, drain lines, and sewer lines; clearing of drain and sewer line blockages; repair of leaks in water supply, sanitary, and waste systems; installation, repair, and servicing of water heaters, pumps, and related plumbing components; removal and proper disposal of damaged materials and debris generated by the work; and other general plumbing maintenance and repair services as required. The initial term of the contract shall be for a period of one (1) year commencing on the date of contract execution by the Vineland Housing Authority (VHA). The County of Bergen is seeking bids for the Vacuum Pump System Replacement. Bergen Community College is seeking bids from qualified mechanical and plumbing contractors to remove six (6), existing vacuum pumps within the Health Professions (HP) Building and replace them with New Air Techniques Mojave Monitor Dry Systems. This project ensures the continued operation of the Dental Hygiene Clinic, Nursing Lab, and Simulation Center by providing critical suction and water supply for patient care and student training environments. 2. Locations Where Services Are Required The College requires the services at the Health Professions Integrated Teaching Center located at 400 Paramus Rd, Paramus, NJ 07652. Equipment and services are to be provided to the Air/Gas Storage Room in the facility. Note that there is no loading dock or rolling door for this facility.

The scope of work includes construction of two (2) rain gardens: One at the northeast corner of Monroe Street/2nd treet and the other at the northwest corner of Bloomfield Street/4th Street. The work includes plantings in the rain gardens, curbing and sidewalk reconstruction.
