Description
This work shall consist of a full waterproofing of the balcony slab and repainting its appurtenance. Work will include but not limited to cleaning and removal any dirt, mold/meadow, peeling paint, spalled concrete, from the existing surfaces. Providing new paint and waterproofing material, repairing any cracks and spalled concrete, and reattached any loose utility accessories. in comply with the bid document.
