Total Small Business Set-Aside, 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This solicitation is for the completion of removing and replacing drywall, insulation, flooring, carpet, cove base. The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the work described herein. All work shall be conducted per this scope of work and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, codes, and directives. This summary highlights major work items; any additional work necessary to complete the project shall also be included. The contractor is responsible for verifying all estimated quantities. This project consists of a Base Bid and an Optional Bid Item (OBI).

The scope of work includes final design and construction engineering services for the rehabilitation of the nj-47 over grassy sound bridge, structure number 0506-150; a single leaf bascule span movable bridge. This agreement encompasses all necessary surveying, design engineering & construction engineering services required to prepare the NJ-47 over grassy sound bridge rehabilitation project. This contract shall consist of a major rehabilitation to address the structural deficiencies, bridge fender replacement, installation of a new hydraulic operating system and upgrade/replacement/removal of electrical and mechanical components.
