As-Needed Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services, Vineland, NJ
Provide all necessary equipment, tools, supervision, and labor for As-Needed Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services at various Vineland Housing Authority (VHA) properties as assigned. The contractor must submit proof of a valid New Jersey Plumbing Contractor License with their submission. Work will consist of troubleshooting plumbing system issues; installation and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures; repair and replacement of piping, valves, drain lines, and sewer lines; clearing of drain and sewer line blockages; repair of leaks in water supply, sanitary, and waste systems; installation, repair, and servicing of water heaters, pumps, and related plumbing components; removal and proper disposal of damaged materials and debris generated by the work; and other general plumbing maintenance and repair services as required. The initial term of the contract shall be for a period of one (1) year commencing on the date of contract execution by the Vineland Housing Authority (VHA). The maximum total contract duration, including all renewal options, shall not exceed three (3) years.
