562111 - Solid Waste Collection. The Contractor shall provide collection of solid waste from facility, commercial, and community areas. The Contractor shall provide collection of solid waste from facility, commercial, and community areas in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). These services entail refuse and recycling collection and disposal services for all Coast Guard maintained support building activities (commercial). No additional services are authorized without permission from the contracting officer or their representative. PoP 01 February 2026 31 January 2027 (Base) plus 4 option years.

The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project located at 751 Holmdel Road includes obtaining applicable permits, rodent extermination, providing traffic and pedestrian protection and signage, installation of soil erosion measures, abatement of asbestos and hazardous materials and universal waste, and lead-based paint management, building demolition including the removal of nineteen (19) structures, building and structures footings and foundations, site items, concrete slabs, disconnection of utilities, providing clean fill, backfilling the sites to meet surrounding grades, compaction testing, access road limited repairs, fencing, and restoration of the site by providing topsoil and seeding as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents.
