Brunswick County is soliciting informal bids for the replacement of two (2) 5,000-gallon aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) located at the Tri-Beach Fuel Site, 854 Sabbath Home Road SW, Supply, NC 28462.

A single-story retail store with a gross square footage of 8,968 divided between sales floor and warehouse. The existing retail store will be expanded to include a ~4,000 square foot addition consisting of masonry walls, storefront glass, and new roof. The existing retail portion will be renovated to include new finishes and a walk-in cooler. Associated site work includes a parking lot expansion and new drive access.

Brunswick Regional Water and Sewer H2GO is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors interested in providing industrial services in support of its municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, well sites and related infrastructure. Services will be provided on an as needed basis including but not limited to rigging and handling, crane, welding, fabrication and equipment installation and repair services. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, emergency on-call services, annual maintenance, miscellaneous services and repairs on an as needed basis.

Project Description: Brunswick County On-Call Cut & Shove Project - Contractor will provide on-call rapid response to clear debris from downed trees, branches, and storm wreckage from roadways and infrastructure following natural disasters. 562111 - Solid Waste Collection. The Contractor is responsible to provide labor, equipment, supplies, and maintenance on the equipment required to provide dumpster and recycling services to collect and remove recyclable items and Municipal Solid Waste (MSW).

The project generally consists of shoreline stabilization, rock revetment construction, beach fill placement, dune restoration planting, post-and-rope fencing installation, and stormwater outfall repairs and extensions.

The purpose of this project is to repair and improve the existing asphalt pavement along the designated sections of Gates 1 8, Gates 10 12 and Bayberry Circle located within the Town of Carolina Shores, North Carolina. Work includes roadway milling, patching, asphalt overlay, grading of shoulders, and seeding/erosion control

The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work required to satisfactorily complete the West Side T-Hangars - Phase 1 project. Items of work include erosion and sediment control; subsurface investigation; earthwork; aggregate placement; water and sanitary sewer utilities; concrete closure paving; new hangar foundations/slabs; erection of new 6-unit, 8-unit and two (2) 12-unit T-hangars construction; finished restroom in the 8-unit T-Hangar; installation of all electrical infrastructure necessary to make hangars operational per drawings and specifications; and sodding, seeding, and mulching.

Scope of Work: Colors shall be selected and approved by the Brunswick County School District. 4 base colors (Provided) will be used unless otherwise specified and approved. All paint products to be Sherwin-Williams. All primer and paint will be purchased and paid for by Brunswick County Schools Designee. The contractor will provide the quantities needed. Contractor will plan for paint to be delivered to each school or Contractor will pick up paint at paint supplier. All paints shall be delivered to the job mixed and shall not be thinned on the job. Contractors shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for a complete repainting job. All paint shall be applied by brush or roller except where other applications are permitted in writing by BCS. 8 | P a g e 5. All previously painted areas shall be repainted. All articles affixed to buildings, such as hardware and light fixtures removed by painting contractor, shall be replaced after completing painting of that area. The Town of Varnamtown proposes to construct a park on a 4.58-acre parcel of land owned by the Town of Varnamtown along Sabbath Home Road (SR 1120). The work generally includes but is not limited to park amenities/features which include; improvements to an existing gravel driveway and parking lot, asphalt walkways, restroom building, and playground area.

The work will entail street resurfacing, full depth patching, crack sealing and associated work.

The work is to provide and set up 6 classroom modular building at Union Elementary School.
