Lawn and Grounds Maintenance Services shall include year-round mowing, edging, trimming, debris and leaf removal, and related services for weed and grass control on the grounds and fences owned by the National Guard and the adjoining highway right of ways. All work shall be completed in a manner to present a well-maintained, landscaped, professional-type appearance. Work is not guaranteed without prior approval by the facility point of contact (POC). The facility POC (or their designee) may determine when services are not required for a time. If services are not determined necessary for a time, then the contractor cannot invoice the National Guard for that period. Contractor provides all equipment, supplies, materials, transportation and labor to complete the services in accordance with contract specifications and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
The project generally consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor and equipment for the construction of a 0.582 mi long multi-use path along roadway sections between 17th St NW Extension and Aviation Walk Trail along Clement Blvd NW and 19th St Ln NW (BL 0067) and between 21st St NW and 19th St NW, and along 21 St NW between Clement Blvd NW and 9th Ave Dr NW (BL-0115) and all associated work including, but not limited to, grading, paving, drainage, and retaining wall.
The Vendor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment required to provide professional janitorial services for CVCC campus requirements herein. The Vendor shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure the effective and economic performance of janitorial operations as specified in the RFP. The scope of work as described in this RFP includes the main and off campus and off campus buildings. CVCC shall delegate a Contract Manager to oversee the performance of this contract. The Contract Manager may do daily checks, interact regularly with campus customers, and interact daily with the Vendors Contract Manager to resolve any issues. The Contract Manager shall have overall responsibility for ensuring the terms, conditions, and scope of work/contract obligations are fulfilled.
Construction of approximately 1450 linear feet of 24-foot wide paved industrial access roadway including grading, drainage, erosion control, pavement structure, signage, 1,350 linear feet of 12 inch diameter water mains along the Roadway including hydrants, valves and appurtenances, and 125 linear feet of 12-inch diameter gravity sewers, including seeding, grassing and restoration. Control. In addition, there will be a 360 linear feet, 12-inch waterline extension from Conover Blvd, which will include a boring for a railroad crossing. It should be assumed that this work will be completed at the end of the project and permits will be provided at a later date.
Project is for the initial development of three (3) new access areas for the Wilderness Gateway State Trail. Each access area will include gravel parking lots for approximately 70 vehicles, entry drives, two (2) canoe launches, and three (3) vault toilets. The three (3) access areas are located in Catawba County, NC and each will act as a future trailhead.
