Scope of Work: Provide design and engineering services, including but not limited to, professional architectural, engineering, consulting, site/civil service and project administration for the complete design of a new PreK-8 student elementary school, the full scope of which is still to be determined based on the Project budget and approval by the Board of Education. The selected Firm will provide consultative services and guidance to the Owner/Board of Education on site selection, planning, budget, selecting a construction delivery method (the district has not decided between Bid-Build-Design or CMAR and will want assistance from the design team on deciding which delivery method), and school planning. The scope of work should include development of outdoor play areas/fields.

The Town intends to extend streetscape improvements from Town Square along the following corridors: - Valley River Avenue Hickory Street - Tennessee Street Willow Street / McClelland Street - Peachtree Street Bill Hughes Avenue - Hiwassee Street North Church Street Scope of services include Data Collection, Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Phasing Strategy, Construction Documents, and Grant Support Materials.
