Southeastern Community College is seeking bids for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment for lawn maintenance consisting of but not limited to mowing, edging, trimming and removing debris from sidewalks for approx imately 38 acres +/- on our main campus located at 4564 Chad bourn Hwy in Whiteville, NC.

The proposed project consists of the installation of approximately 1,300 l.f. curb and gutter, installation of approximately 1,055 l.f. of 15 HP storm pipe and related appurtenances, and regrading and paving of Jones Street in Tabor City.

The proposed project consists of the installation of a new SCADA system at all the Towns existing well sites, replacement and installation of new electrical components at Well #101, Well #102, and Well #104, and the installation of new emergency generators at Well #102 and Well #104.

The Town of Fair Bluff is seeking qualification statements from interested firms to provide professional services to enable it to retrofit Suite 100 retail space to enable its use as a full-service restaurant with food preparation that meets the needs of its current tenant, Kousins Kitchen Soul & Catering (Kousins), as well as, Columbus County Health Department guidelines. Professional service and construction contracts using RBDG funds must meet applicable Federal (RBDG) requirements. The Town of Fair Bluff is seeking to enter into a single turn-key professional contract that will include: a) Schematic design, b) Design development, c) Construction document design and permitting, d) Construction document procurement/bidding, e) Construction inspection/observation, and f) Construction administration that includes construction bid/contract documents containing RBDG requirements.

The project generally consists of the replacement of the fire alarm at Tabor Correctional Institution.

This project will include improvements to the 1st floor of an existing commercial building at 110, 114, and 118 West 5th St in Tabor City, NC. The improvements include the following: adding breakrooms to Units 114 and 118, epoxy the concrete floor in each unit, add insulation above 1st floor of Unit 114, adding light switches, and other improvements as described in plans and specifications.
