The scope of contracted services should include the following: Boring a. One (1) 20 OD HDPE pipe installed from the proposed entry/exit points b. c. d. Manhole WC21 located at Grizzly Court, Havelock, NC 28532 shall be replaced in addition to approximately 40 feet of 8-inch PVC SDR35 Gravity Sewer Pipe; each approximately 12 feet deep. Contractor shall remove and dispose of the current manhole and structure and replace the manhole with a precast concrete manhole constructed with a 6-inch ballast ring. The PVC pipe is to be replaced at the influent side of WC21 for approximately 20 feet and the effluent side of WC21 for approximately 20 feet starting at manhole WC21 for both directions. Contractor shall use PVC SDR35 for the influent and effluent piping.

The work generally consists of janitorial services for the building occupied by the Division of Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities.

The Project includes the renovation of a 10,481 square foot existing two-story building. Renovations include selective demolition, new finishes, new steel stud walls, new elevator, and new masonry elevator shaft. Replacement systems for plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. Project also included minor sitework to the existing parking areas and sidewalks.

Craven Community College seeks to upgrade their security cameras on the New Bern campus, Volt Center and Havelock campus to provide better safety for employees and students. All old hardware and software will be replaced to reflect up to date software and cameras.

Replace the existing storm water drainage pipes with new 36 High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe and replace two drop inlets and one catch basin.

236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The work includes furnishing and installation of an ultrasonic cleaning system and supporting chiller. Work will include concrete demolition, new concrete, electrical and plumbing utilities, and roof work. Chiller will be located on roof.

The current address to this park is 899 W. US HWY 70, Havelock, NC. 28532. This project aims to transform part of the site into a public recreational space with parking, a walking trail, a dog park, and restrooms. The engineering services which are being requested are for the engineering and placement of the Parking Lot, Dog Park, Walking Trail around the perimeter of the park, Park entrance on the North East side of the park, and Prefabricated Mens and Womans restrooms.
