Remove sections of chain link fence and gates at front of lot, approximately 95 linear feet, to gain access to the home to be razed. Do not damage or remove fencing located at side or rear lot lines. There is one primary building to be removed from this site, a one-story detached single-family residential home to include porches, stoops, and wood decking having a total footprint of approximately 1,800 square feet. Raze and remove from the site the one-story detached single-family residential home and other improvements associated with it, to include (if found to be present) walls, foundations, footings, basements, roofing materials, doors, windows, steps, slabs, walkways, HVAC systems, pools, metal, wood, paper, glass, bottles, cans, garbage, wood privacy fence, and other debris present within a radius of 20 linear feet from the footprint created by the house, porches, stoops, and decking. Working within a radius of 20 linear feet from the footprint created by the house, porches, stoops, and decking remove all shrubs, bushes, saplings, tall weeds, tall grass, undergrowth, and vines that measure four inches or less in diameter. Remove all downed trees, dead trees (standing or fallen), fallen limbs, logs, and organic debris piles from the site area previously defined. Do not raze, damage, or remove from site any buildings, structures, motor vehicles, trailers, boats, or other items not located within a radius of 20 linear feet from the footprint created by the house, porches, stoops, and decking. Remove underground and overhead wiring and cables not connected to electrical, telephone, or other services. Do NOT damage or remove driveway. Do NOT damage public sidewalks or utility assets. Add appropriate fill and topsoil to raise excavated areas of the site to the same grade level as the existing surrounding soil.
