Description
CHEC has identified the need for additional equipment and manpower in the event of storm damage. The goal of this contract is to provide CHEC during 2026 with equipment and qualified manpower for post storm tree trimming of overhead lines, both transmission and distribution lines, and substations to clear lines to be energized. The work will be typical for that as a result of hurricanes, storm surges, and tornadoes. The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to complete this service.CHEC is accepting storm rates for 2026. The work is post-storm tree trimming of overhead lines, including transmission and distribution lines and substations, to clear lines to be energized. Rates should be provided for employees and equipment.
