The Project involves the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the complete installation and repair of the stormwater drainage system along Red Oak Drive, North Hyde Park Avenue, Taylor Street, within the Maplewood Cemetery, and at an unidentified site in the City of Durham.

This project consists of pavement marking installation at various locations within the City of Durham, NC.

The contract with the selected consultant will consist of Preliminary Engineering services to assess the current WTP conveyance system, discharge system, identify and evaluate potential alternatives for improved piping and discharge options, and development of construction cost estimates for the items outlined below. These tasks will be the basis for applying the Citys Equal Business Opportunity Program (EBOP) policies and Underutilized Business Enterprise (UBE) goals.

The project seeks a signature artwork that communicates the critical, life-saving work of Fire & EMS personnel and highlights the unseen networks of care, coordination, and vigilance that protect the community every day. The selected Candidate should incorporate technology and may incorporate light, movement, form, dynamic, responsive elements, or other methods to visualize service patterns, response journeys, or other metrics that illustrate Fire & EMS operations over a set period, or as a dynamic representation of Fire & EMS activity. Key project components may include: Interpretations of Fire & EMS service through contemporary, forward-thinking design, including kinetic, data-responsive, or visually dynamic elements. Integration with the facilitys LEED Gold commitment.

The City of Durhams Cultural and Public Art Program and Parking Services (referred to as City) is seeking an Artist (referred to as Candidate) with experience in public murals, municipal design, and community-based engagement. The City seeks this Artist to serve the Durham community through arts based solutions in a one-year pilot residency to beautify Durhams public parking spaces. The Durham Artist-in-Residence program aims to create opportunities for locally engaged artists to serve the Durham community through unique arts-based problem-solving. The first iteration of the pilot program, a collaboration between Durhams Cultural and Public Art Program and Parking Services, aims to embed a local artist within municipal operations for a 12-month residency to beautify Durhams public parking spaces. The artist will collaborate with City staff to develop creative, community-driven solutions for placemaking and wayfinding in the parking booths and floors of four City-owned parking garages.

The City of Durhams Cultural and Public Art Program (referred to as City) is seeking an Artist, Artist Team, or Artist and Fabricator Team (referred to as Candidates) with experience in creating site-specific public art installations at the upcoming Environmental & Street Services South (E&S Services South), located at 1100 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy, Durham, NC, 27707. This project is part of a broader initiative to modernize and expand the campus to better serve Durhams growing needs.

The project generally consists of the complete installation of a 54-inch and 30-inch filter effluent bypass pipe, a 72-inch PCCP line stop, a 72-inch PCCP tapping sleeve and valve assembly, a 54-inch ductile iron tapping sleeve and valve assembly, a 24-inch ductile iron tapping sleeve and valve assembly, extending existing filtered effluent chemical feed lines, a chemical injection vault, and civil site improvements.

The consultant will provide construction administration and observation support by attending pre-construction and progress meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, reviewing contractor schedules, submittals, RFIs, pay requests, and change proposals, and issuing bulletin drawings as needed. They will supply baselines and benchmarks, conduct up to twenty site visits to observe progress, and provide QA/QC material testing. The consultant will manage substantial completion activities, including punch list development, review of closeout documentation, and recommendations for final payment. They will also produce an as-built survey through a licensed North Carolina surveyor in compliance with state standards and datums (NAD83 and NAVD88). Finally, the consultant will prepare a comprehensive Operations and Maintenance Manual documenting as-built conditions and outlining inspection, maintenance, and performance monitoring procedures for all stormwater and stream restoration components in accordance with Durham County Stormwater requirements.

The County of Durham will receive sealed proposals for qualified Contractor(s) to establish a contract to provide service for the removal of old HVAC equipment and install with new HVAC equipment at The Durham County General Services Annex Building on Seaton Road.

NCCU will selectively upgrade the AE Student Union Renovation to create a modern, inclusive environment that enhances student engagement and operational efficiency as the program transitions to a One-Stop Student Services. The Phase 1 project focuses on selective upgrades to high-traffic areas, including new storefronts, drywall, finishes, equipment, lighting and wayfinding elements, to enhance both aesthetics and functionality.

Services shall include Preventive Maintenance Programs for Water and Air Cooled Chillers, Cooling Towers, Condensing and Non-Condensing Boilers/Water Heaters, and One Geothermal Heat Pump system, that include one (1) comprehensive service and three (3) operational services to ensure proper control, and efficient operation of equipment.

The City of Durhams Department of Water Management (DWM) owns and operates municipal water treatment and distribution systems and wastewater treatment and collection systems. To keep these facilities operational, there is a need for routine maintenance as well as corrective maintenance that span a variety of trades. DWMs Plant Engineering and Maintenance (PEM) team is responsible for routine maintenance throughout DWMs facilities but does not have the resources to address all corrective or emergency maintenance issues that may arise. Given the criticality of DWMs facilities to the health and well-being of the residents of Durham, DWM has an ongoing need for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC), overhead-door, and fencing services. The project involves furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for on-call repairs at Department of Water Management (DWM) facilities, which include the following: Two (2) water treatment plants Two (2) water reclamation facilities Two (2) water supply dams and raw water pump stations Six (6) elevated tank sites Two (2) booster pump stations Sixty-two (62) lift stations DWM Mist Lake Administrative Complex (office facilities, warehouse, trades workshops and fleet maintenance building) DWM Compliance Services Building and Laboratory

The awarded vendor shall provide all-inclusive grounds maintenance services and routine service schedules, including all necessary labor, supervision, materials, and equipment required to properly maintain University grounds. Services may include, but are not limited to, mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal, and other general lawn care activities across various University properties.

This project consists of installing vertical protection in bike lane buffers along two corridors and wayfinding signage for several neighborhood bike routes. Both subprojects require significant amounts of specialty pavement markings, including bike lane green and preformed thermoplastic. This project shall conform to the North Carolina Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures, January 2024 and any addendum.

General Cleaning - Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Annually & Annually: Vendors employees shall perform General Cleaning duties subject to Section 5. Schedule of Performance. All cleaning shall meet the approval of the Office Manager or Designee. The Vendor shall provide the services no less frequently than the schedule specifies. NOTE: If any types of normal janitorial duties have been inadvertently omitted, the contract is to be interpreted to include the same. SUPPLIES The Vendor shall furnish ample quantities of all consumable supplies (i.e. toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, chemicals, deodorizers, cleaning supplies and trash can liners, ashtray, or cigarette urn sand, etc.). All consumables supplies shall be purchased and supplied by the Vendor.

This project includes, but is not limited to, interior renovations on the south side of the building, including the medical counseling office, public restroom, and the purchase and installation of window HVAC units on the first and second floors, which will include electrical power. The north side of the building will include some electrical power upgrades to support the existing window HVAC units in place. The electrical work will include installing dedicated circuits within a new subpanel that will support the north and south sides of the building. The renovation will also include all associated demolition, electrical work, new ceiling tiles, lighting upgrades, some environmental testing and abatement, repairs to existing plaster walls and painting of walls to a Level 5 finish.

The project generally consists of replacing windows.

The scope of work includes upgrading various lab systems and building systems to support lab equipment upgrades. These upgrades include cold room split system replacement, lab air compressor replacement, autoclave exhaust upgrade, snorkel removal, lab gas storage ventilation, electrical generator replacement and RO/DI water replacement.

This is a turnkey infield renovation project for 60 Little League play on FOUR ballfields. The project includes sod removal/replacement, subsurface leveling, surveying grades, replenishing existing DuraEdge skinned infields, setting irrigation heads at finish elevation, ensuring positive drainage and player safety, pitcher mounds, and replacement of base plates and fence caps (on two fields). Fields have existing infield and outfield irrigation all to remain. The Contractor shall restore ballfields with a series of treatment, mechanical leveling, and material amendments. The completed system shall conform with ASBA Certified Field Builder best practices and ASTM F 2107-08 (2020).
