North Carolina Central University (NCCU) seeks a qualified vendor to paint the interior of the Eagle Landing Building, 408 Brant Street, Durham, NC 27707 on North Carolina Central University campus. Contractor to patch and repair as required where cracked or other minor defects are present. All nail holes, sheetrock/ceiling damage and various stains to be addressed. Patched areas will be sanded and primed as needed. All surfaces will then be thoroughly sanded prior to new coatings being applied. Calk joins in trim as needed. Repair nail pops. Seal stains with an oil based primer. Repair failing tape where necessary.
