The Scope of Work to be performed under these Contract Documents is generally described as follows: Installation of approximately 60 LF of 4-inch waterline, 650 LF of 6-inch waterline. and 5,640 LF of 8-inch waterline in residential neighborhoods and downtown corridors including two segments installed by bore and jack methods. Installation of approximately 3,530 LF of 12-inch waterline along a rural highway including one segment installed by bore and jack methods. Installation of 13 owner-provided Sampling Stations and 6 owner-provided Automatic Flushing Devices. Removal of a valve vault and reconfiguration of waterline piping. Traffic control, site restoration, and related work.

This project will consist of removing the existing VRF system and all associated cassette units and installing a new 20-ton AHU system complete with all required ductwork and VAV components. The contractor shall contract and coordinate with Hoffman & Hoffman for all controls integration and system commissioning.

This project is located at North Asheboro County Park in Randolph County, NC. This project will implement stormwater infrastructure throughout the park and restore a portion of Hasketts Creek, which runs through the park's center. The stormwater features to be constructed include three pocket wetlands, three water quality swales, two cisterns, a stormwater outfall stabilization, a vernal pool construction and tributary enhancement, and an enhancement of an existing wetland area. The stream restoration will include 700 linear feet of Hasketts Creek within the park property. The stream work will consist of the construction of riffles and pools, the installation of stone and boulder toes, vegetated geolifts, a cross-vane feature, and the establishment of a 50-ft riparian buffer.

The project generally consists of cooling tower, piping, and electrical connections for the new chiller.

This project includes the removal and replacement of roofing at City Yard Building #1. This includes a TPO roof over the main building and an EDPM roof over attached canopy.

The project includes approximately 112,795 SF (+/-) of renovation and expansion of the existing NCMA Hanes House, Gallery, and Grounds. This will be a comprehensive renovation of architectural and structural elements; upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems; rework of the existing civil and utility connections; and landscaping, life-safety improvements, and building envelope repairs. As the facility is a historic building, the project also includes restorative elements, and portions of the work will require protecting and working carefully around historic features to maintain the character and integrity of the facility.
