Description
Work in the project includes: Demolish and replace three packaged rooftop units (RTUs) and a Dedicated Outside Air Unit (DOAU) with new units and adapter curbs; demolish and replace existing gas fired hot water boiler plant in basement boiler room including boiler, flues, boiler room hot water piping, pumps, and controls. Work will include all electrical and roof work required to complete the installations. Integrate new equipment into the existing Trane Summit SC open protocol BacNet BMS system. Flush, fill and vent hot water piping and provide cleaner, water treatment and boiler startup.
