Description of the Work: The Town of Summerfield (Town) intends to construct a fire flow system consisting of a 150,000-gallon elevated storage tank (EST) and a supply well with a minimum well yield of 200 gpm. This will support a 1,000 gpm flow for a 2 hour duration for the fire flow system.
