Description
The City of Greensboro is soliciting bids for implementation of the Remedial Action Plan at Bingham Park located in Guilford County, North Carolina. The project is subject to the requirements of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as applicable. The Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations governing the handling, transportation, treatment, storage, and disposal of hazardous and non hazardous materials encountered during the work. Bidders must possess and maintain all licenses, permits, and certifications required to perform the Work.
