It is the intent of this proposal invitation to obtain contract proposed installation of water service backflow protection device with associated valves, fittings, and other related appurtenances to serve East Henderson High School.
The project generally consists of multi-use trail and site improvements.
Rehabilitation and cementitious lining of various sanitary sewer manholes located within the Hendersonville collection system. Manholes are located within publicly maintained street rights of way or within utility-maintained easement areas.
The goal of this project is to rehabilitate a safety dam on the Lake Hosea Homeowners Association property along Lake Hosea Drive in Saluda, NC. The dam is on an unnamed tributary of Shop Creek in the North Pacolet River watershed, named Lake Hosea Dam with a State ID of HENDE-014 and a NID-ID of NC00226. The dam rehabilitation will include measures to ensure the dam complies with the NC Dam Safety Law.
This project consists of electrical panels and transformers being replaced in existing locations.

The objective of this project is to remove designated damaged or non-compliant concrete surfaces and replace them with new, durable concrete flatwork. This includes standard walkways, heavy-use areas under awnings, ADA-compliant curb ramps, and specified optional add/alternates to improve safety, accessibility, and aesthetics around the school campus.
