The project will generally consist of a new pump station including 12 ID wetwall, duplex submersible pumps with one spare pump, valve vault, prefabricated control building, backup generator, SCADA, and other associated appurtenances. Work will include entire full buildout for pump station installation, testing, and start up etc. In addition, a new onsite divided median roadway approximately 2750 LF and a new right turn lane approximately 800 LF off Holly Shelter Road. Work will include, clearing and grubbing, grading, paving, drainage, utilities, erosion control, and striping.

This project consists of pedestrian improvements along US 74/76 (Eastwood Road) from Rogersville Road to Cavalier Drive. The improvements include, but are not limited to grading, multi-use paths, curb and gutter, landscaped medians, drainage, signal work, and asphalt paving.

The University of North Carolina at Wilmington is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) firm to provide professional construction management services during the design and construction phases of the project. The work of the CMR will be consist of two phases. Phase I will include pre-construction services and preparation of a GMP. Phase II will include the bidding, award, and management of the project during construction. All work is to comply with the requirements of the North Carolina State Construction Office.

Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) desires to contract with a qualified materials testing firm to provide materials testing services associated with CFPUA Southside Water Reclamation Facility expansion project. This project includes the design of replacement and upgraded treatment facilities at the Southside Water Reclamation Facility (SSWRF) in Wilmington, North Carolina. Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (Owner) has contracted with HDR to serve as Owners Advisor (OA). Crowder Construction Company (Design-Builder) and Hazen and Sawyer (Design Consultant) have been selected as the Design-Builder and Design Consultant, respectively, as the Design-Build Team to construct the new plant. McKim and Creed is serving as a Design Sub-Consultant to Hazen for selected engineering related services. Southside Water Reclamation Facility is located at 3436 River Rd, Wilmington NC on property owned by CFPUA. The existing 12 MGD treatment plant will be expanded to 20 MGD.

The project generally consists of the construction of a 600 square foot, elevated, Harbor Office.

CPFUA currently operates and monitors 20 wells to supply water to the Richardson Water Treatment Plant. Each well head is covered with a fiberglass building that provides protection from weather and unwanted intrusion. The fiberglass buildings are older than 17 years and need to be removed, replaced/upgraded.

Project Description: New Hanover County On-Call Cut & Shove Project - Contractor will provide on-call rapid response to clear debris from downed trees, branches, and storm wreckage from roadways and infrastructure following natural disasters. . However, final decisions regarding these repairs will be made only after all overhead doors have been inspected, condition assessments completed and documentation prioritized. This ensures that repair efforts are directed toward the most urgent needs across the entire portfolio. We request that Vendors include a pricing proposal for repairs to the two preliminary overhead doors as described. This will help NCSPA evaluate repair options in parallel with inspection findings.

Cape Fear Public Utility Authority intends to procure a qualified Design Builder to provide design and construction services for the installation of water main extensions into existing neighborhoods in the areas of Blossom Street, Chadwick Acres, and Cape Landing. This installation will include the public and private side water service connections. This Project will include design, obtaining of permits, creation of engineering reports (preparation, submission, and DWI approval), public outreach assistance, construction phase engineering services, and ultimately the construction of water main extensions into existing neighborhoods impacted by PFAS. The selected DB will form a team with CFPUA and execute preliminary and final comprehensive agreements for design and construction for a total Project cost not to exceed the approved budget amount.

The City of Wilmington is seeking bid submissions from qualified and experienced vendors for the Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of the Citys Emergency Generators. This contract will support the continued safe, reliable and efficient operation of the Citys generator infrastructure City Wide.
