ECU is seeking design services to perform a space analysis and feasibility study to determine whether a renovation of Umstead Residence Hall can accommodate the needs of the ECU Police Department. Expected deliverables include: Space blocking diagrams, Identification of construction opportunities and constraints, Budget estimates, Phasing (if applicable), and Estimated construction durations.
Design services for 2 existing elevators that require replacement of hydraulic pumping units with submersible pumps, updating of controls, replacement of existing lighting with LED, replacement of ceilings, and making Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems associated with the repairs compliant with applicable codes.
Advanced planning for the Health Sciences Laupus Library Reading Room. Approximate area of the existing space is 17,200 sf and will require the replacement of book stacks with workstations, collaborative areas, flexible space and associated furniture to support study and meeting space available to students, staff, and faculty.
Replace approximately 1896 LF of 8-inch sewer line, approximately 13 manholes and approximately 47 service connections along Woodcrest Drive, Kennedy Court, Sunset Drive, Belvedere Court and Englewood Place.
The project generally consists of replacing the gym floor.
Pitt CC will be relocating our various Public Service programs to space available at our Greenville Center location. Relocating in this facility empowers the programs to operate in a space specifically tailored for them. The building is approximately 27,105 square feet with existing floorplan (Exhibit A), Study preliminary floorplan (Exhibit B) as well as exterior faade upgrade (Exhibit C). Additional work will include painting and finishes in other areas of the building as identified during design. All design guidelines are to follow minimum requirements identified by NC Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMS Training requirements.
The work includes all labor, equipment, and materials to complete in every detail of the work indicated on the plans and specifications. Specifically, all work incidental thereto Wildwood Park Bridges & Boardwalks Bid Package B2 as part of the Wildwood Park Observation Tower and Trails Project including, but not limited to, demolition, earthwork, drainage, boardwalks construction, paving, and stabilization. Work can be generally be summarized as a 675' timber boardwalk.
The project involves construction improvements at the Blount Fields Sports Complex.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required to repair, prepare, and repaint the existing Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EOFS) wall surfaces and EIFS soffits. The intent is to restore a uniform, durable, weather-resistant finish across all EIFS components. All work shall be to industry standards for EIFS maintenance coating systems. All OSHA requirements and other safety guidelines associated with the work shall be followed.
The initial and primary work under this contract will include the setup of two (2) homes located at 703 West Fifth Street (Parcel #11383) and 705 West Fifth Street (Parcel #1710).
This project will fully renovate the interior of the 1969 Howell Hall Science Building North and the existing Auditorium. The North tower renovation consists of 37,000 GSF and will renovate all areas of the North tower along with the renovation of the large first floor lecture hall classroom.
The scope of work will include litter removal, general and specialized cleaning and restocking.
The burn building shall simulate a four-level (overall), single/multi-family residential structure, built using shipping containers. The vendor shall provide all materials, transportation, labor, assembly, painting, and commissioning of the structure.
The Wildwood West Side Parking and Pier will consist of adding a 1,400 lf gravel access road with wood bollards and rope barrier with GUC lighting that lead to a parking lot and for a new floating Fishing Pier and Kayak Launch on the West side of the property.
The successful contractor shall agree to a contract with the City to provide the following including but not limited to: 1. Pre-Move Preparation o Conduct site visits of origin and destination locations. o Obtain all required permits (moving, utility, traffic, and building permits). o Prepare houses for relocation (structural bracing, lifting, etc.). 2. Transportation & Relocation o Transport the house from its current site to the designated City lot. o Coordinate with utility companies, law enforcement, and traffic control for safe movement. o Ensure the structure is protected from damage during transport. 3. Foundation & Placement o Place the house onto the new foundation, ensuring alignment and stability. o Provide a project completion report to the City.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a public park including installation of a multi-sport court, decomposed cornhole court, concrete game boards (e.g. concrete table tennis, concrete foosball) and a playground with equipment for all ages. Work includes demolition and removal of existing equipment, installation of site furnishings, construction of accessible sidewalks connecting all park features, and installation of 2 ADA-compliant parking spaces.
The work generally consists of a partial roof replacement.
The project generally consists of 104 parking spaces with 6" ABC Stone located on Bruiser Boulevard adjacent to Warren Drive.
