The City of Lumberton is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for engineering services necessary to implement the Lead Service Line Replacement and Sewer Improvements projects within the approved budget and schedule. The selected consultant will be expected to provide the following services at a minimum as a part of the projects scope of services. Lead Service Line Replacement: The overall goal of the proposed project is to replace approximately 1 lead service line and 299 GRRs (Galvanized Requiring Replacement) with no upsizing of the water service to the identified properties located within the City of Lumbertons water distribution system. Services to be provided include, but are not limited to, coordination and assistance with funding, preliminary design, final design, bidding and construction services, assistance with private service replacement (for lead service line replacement project) and other services needed to complete the funded project as required by Division of Water Infrastructure. Sewer Improvements: The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate some of the Citys concrete pipe sewers to try to get ahead of the line collapses. The project will line approximately 9,600 of gravity sewer lines with CIPP as noted on the project map included in this funding application. The project will also rehabilitate the Freeman Sewer Lift Station that is over 20 years old and in need of repairs to make it more resistant to the effects of flooding.

HACL is seeking bid proposals from qualified and experienced General Contractors who have a successful history in sewer lateral line replacement. The project includes the replacement of a failed 6-inch sewer lateral line from house to main. Contractors must provide all necessary permits, transportation, supervision, labor, licenses, tools, equipment, services, and expertise to perform contractual services.

Water and sanitary sewer line replacement plus full bathroom remodeling for sixteen (16) residential units.

This project consists of the installation of one new self-contained IT Pod and its associated outdoor condensing units, new raised floor tiles, new ceiling tiles, and new lighting fixtures. The project intent is to provide appropriate and efficient cooling for the Data Center, as the existing units are at or near end of life and no longer providing adequate cooling to the space.

The project consists of the in-kind replacement of rooftop HVAC units, added ventilation, and associated mechanical work at the Bob Caton Field House and the Auxiliary Services Facility.

This Invitation is Restricted to Qualified Tribal and/or Indian Owned Economic Enterprises and Organizations. The Lumbee Tribe is soliciting sealed bids for contractors to construct a wastewater collection, septic tank, a Flow EQ field dose pump tank, and subsurface dispersal by dosing to a pressure manifold providing gravity distribution to Ten (10) PPBPS trenched nitrification lines. All system Pre-Treatment components (Septic Tank) will be suitable for treating as much 4000 gallons per of wastewater from the Project and dispersal to a subsurface application area.

The project generally involves construction materials testing and special inspections for the replacement of a section of subsurface natural gas piping. The Campus Gas Line Replacement project entails replacing a section of the existing steel gas piping system located between North Hall and Locklear Hall. The new pipeline will generally follow the existing alignment and will be designed to meet or exceed the current system's capacity.

The initial scope of this project will consist of the replacement of Well #59 (St Pauls) and various line extensions to provide looped connections and improve water quality. This design build project shall include all associated design and construction services for a complete and operational replacement well and subject water line extensions. Design and construction activities may span multiple budget years. The scope of the project may also consist of the evaluation of additional groundwater supply sources in various parts of Robeson County, including the installation of test wells, production wells, piping networks, or groundwater treatment facilities. The additional scope of work will be dependent on the test well results and could consist of multiple new production wells, rehabilitation on existing wells, or other various improvements groundwater supply and treatment infrastructure.
