The work generally consists of janitorial services for the Western Data center. Services to be performed Monday thru Friday, from 8:00am to 2:00pm, Eastern Standard Time.

Construction of approximately 160 linear feet of 8 DR-35 PVC with stone bedding, one (1) precast manhole, four (4) 4 sewer service laterals and all associated appurtenances required for successful project completion, as described in the Specifications and shown of the project drawings.

Work consists of filling an existing Stormwater Pipe, Drop Inlet replacement, Catch Basin, Manhole, Installation of 130 LF of 24-inch HDPE Culvert Pipe, Asphalt repair with stone base, stabilization and seeding, and Rip Rap Stabilization around end section.

The Town of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide comprehensive landscaping and grounds maintenance services for Town-owned and Town-maintained properties. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with this RFP and any resulting agreement. Services include, but are not limited to: Turf maintenance and mowing Edging and trimming Litter and debris removal Tree and shrub maintenance Mulching and seasonal planting Weed control (chemical and mechanical) Leaf collection and seasonal cleanup All work shall meet accepted horticultural standards and municipal expectations for public-facing properties.

The project generally consists of upgrades to the existing Rutherfordton Wastewater Treatment Facilities including but not limited to furnishing and installing one (1) new grit removal system and one (1) sludge loading station, all associated electrical work, valves and piping, instrumentation, and SCADA improvements.
