Description
1200 SF Gatehouse, including visitor check-in, control room, toilet room, and armory room. Wood frame building with brick veneer on slab on grade foundation, with wood prefab truss roof with asphalt shingle roofing. The work includes structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, civil work, utility connections to building, security fencing, concrete work, masonry, security doors and windows, and other work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Additive Alternate#1 includes an EV charging statin and two charging spaces.
