The Town of Apex is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional and engineering services for the design and construction of a permanent stage with a roof, pivoting wood slat wall, conditioned storage, unconditioned storage, and ramps with lighting and sound options. The work elements may include, but not be limited to the following: Programming Communicate with the town representatives to determine needs and develop program and budget Schematic Design Design Development Construction Document Development Minor Site Plan and Construction Plan approvals through Town of Apex Provide Estimating Services Bid Phase Services Construction Administration Services and Project Closeout
