This project consists of bus stop improvements at seven (7) locations along Six Forks Road, between Rowan Street and Millbrook Road. The purpose is to enhance transit connectivity and improve rider accessibility along this high-traffic corridor. Major work includes construction of ADA-compliant landing pads at each location, along with associated grading and concrete work. The Contractor will be responsible for all landing pad installation and related site work. Bus shelters will be installed separately by GoRaleigh under a separate contract.

The Project consists generally of the following major items: Resurfacing of approximately 6.7 centerline miles of City streets, consisting of approximately 9,505 tons of Superpave Asphalt. Installation of approximately 125 sidewalk access ramps. Approximately 98,445 square yards of asphalt milling. Installation of approximately 10,500 tons of Intermediate and/or Base Course Asphalt for pavement patching. Furnishing and placement of thermoplastic pavement markings. Furnishing and installation of inductive detection signal loops. Removal and construction of approximately 12 speed humps. Earthwork, erosion control, and seeding and mulching as specified in the contract.

The Project consists generally of the following major items: The complete removal and disposal of existing sidewalk ramps as identified by the City of Raleigh and replacement with upgraded ADA-compliant access ramps within the City areas under its jurisdiction The removal and replacement of sidewalk panels, curb and gutter as identified by the City of Raleigh in accordance with project specifications Resetting permanent and hinged bollards in place as specified in the contract The restoration of all disturbed areas including backfilling, grading, seeding and mulching with NCDOT approved seed mixtures

Cary is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms (Consultant) to assist in the continuation and advancement of our Annual Water Main Replacement program. The selected consultant shall provide engineering services for all phases of the project including survey, design, preparation of construction plans and specifications, construction management, and full time observation.

The project consists of the renovation of the basement level of the existing four-story Burlington Lab Building on NC State's North Campus. This project will renovate 4,163 square feet of vacated shop space into wet-research labs to accommodate three new research faculty. The project includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, and exhaust modifications and will include the furnishing of labor, material and equipment.

The scope of work will include but is not limited to the following: Project planning to include code analysis, value engineering options, preliminary cost estimates, and schedule development. Schedule management to assure on-time completion. Cash flow forecasting throughout the duration of the project. Weekly on-site meetings with Town staff for updates. Project closeout, commissioning and handover, delivering manuals, establishing warranties, equipment training, final inspection and acceptance, execution of punch list and record drawings.

The Project will consist of two primary phases. The preconstruction phase (Phase 1) will be comprised of the design services including, but not limited to, those listed below. The preconstruction phase end point will be defined as the submittal to the City of the Design-Built Teams Proposal as defined in the Design Build Agreement attached hereto as part of Appendix IV. Project Management, Roadway Design, Hydraulics Design, Environmental Screening & Permits, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Design, Geotechnical Design, Pavement Management, Right-of-Way Services, Traffic Engineering Design, Utility Coordination & Design, Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Constructability The construction phase (Phase 2) will be comprised of finalizing City approved, Released for Construction (RFC) plans, permits, specifications, and other supporting documents necessary to build the job. This phase will also include support documentation for the City Real Estate (Right-of-Way) team for the City to acquire necessary property rights for construction of the Project, utility relocation, and Project construction.

The Department of Adult Correction (DAC) seeks treatment and control of pests which are currently present in its facilities and buildings and on the adjacent grounds or may reasonably be expected to appear at some point during the course of the contract. Termites and birds are NOT included. The Department of Adult Correction (DAC) requires the following: 1) All pests are included in the coverage except birds and termites. Services to treat for nuisance birds and termite infestations shall be established separately from the scope of this agreement. 2) If the elimination of rodents requires the placement of rodent traps, vendor shall be responsible for supplying, monitoring, and disposing of rodent traps as needed. 3) All buildings (unless excluded by site officials for security reasons) are included in the performance of this contract. 4) All interior areas of each building (unless excluded by site officials for security reasons) are included and shall be subject to monthly treatment. 5) All contiguous, adjacent grounds are included and shall be treated on an as needed basis. The adjacent grounds shall be identified and designated by appropriate site officials (POC), and the frequency of treatment in these areas shall be at the discretion of appropriate site officials. This includes fire ants. Adjacent fields containing livestock and crops are excluded from this contract.

Work under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform exterior water intrusion repairs.

This project involves replacing the existing roof of the 94,750-square-foot Materials Support Warehouse (originally built in 1996 and expanded in 2001). The new roof must be designed for a 2030 year lifespan to protect the universitys storage and surplus goods. The project will follow standard State Construction Office (SCO)procedures.

The scope of this project will include full design and construction administration services for the modernization of the two passenger elevators in Building HA on the Perry Health Sciences Campus. One elevator has 5 stops and one elevator has 6 stops. The existing elevators are gearless traction type elevators installed in 2012 with a current history of frequent repairs over the last few years. The modernization scope will include the evaluation for replacement of and/or upgrades to the Elevator Equipment Room, Hoistway (including the gearless hoist machines), Elevator Cars and Elevator Lobbies. In order to fully develop the final scope of work, an existing conditions analysis for the above scope of work will be required on a cost benefit basis.
